Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Housing Support Worker to support vulnerable young people on a permanent basis.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Housing Support Worker:

• Deliver person-centred support, including regular one-to-one sessions tailored to individual circumstances.
• Assist individuals in maintaining their accommodation and working towards positive future housing outcomes.
• Complete and maintain support plans, reviews, and risk assessments.
• Support individuals to access benefits, manage personal finances and understand their financial responsibilities.
• Conduct regular property visits and basic health and safety checks within accommodation settings.
• Maintain accurate records and update relevant internal systems.
• Promote safeguarding.

Essential Requirements of the Housing Support Worker:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Enhanced DBS
